Our Uniform

At St Thomas Aquinas Primary School, our school uniform is an important part of who we are. It gives students a sense of pride and belonging, creates equality, and reflects our identity as a Catholic school community. Wearing the uniform correctly shows respect for ourselves, our school, and each other.

Why We Wear a Uniform

  • Builds a strong sense of school identity and belonging.
  • Promotes equality by minimising distractions and competition.
  • Encourages students to take pride in their appearance.
  • Supports safety, making students easily identifiable as part of our community.

Expectations

We ask that all students wear the school uniform with pride each day. This includes:

  • Wearing the correct uniform items for both summer and winter seasons
  • Wearing the Sports Uniform on Hubs (Specialists) and other special event days.
  • Ensuring school hats are worn outside in Terms 1 and 4 in line with our SunSmart policy

Wearing clean and well-presented shoes appropriate for learning and play (black school shoes).
